簡要介紹了PTA裝置回轉(zhuǎn)真空過濾機長周期運行中存在的轉(zhuǎn)鼓變形問題 ,提出了防止轉(zhuǎn)鼓變形的優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu) ,并通過有限元方法對優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)鼓徑向、軸向防變形能力進行分析 ,取得了令人滿意的效果。
